 1.      What were some of the earliest known journalistic products, and where did they originate?

The earliest known journalistic product was a news sheet circulated in ancient Rome: the Acta Diurna, said to date from before 59 BCE. The Acta Diurna recorded important daily events such as public speeches. It was published daily and hung in prominent places. In China during the Tang dynasty, a court circular called a bao, or “report,” was issued to government officials. This gazette appeared in various forms and under various names more or less continually to the end of the Qing dynasty in 1911. The first regularly published newspapers appeared in German cities and in Antwerp about 1609. The first English newspaper, the Weekly Newes, was published in 1622. One of the first daily newspapers, The Daily Courant, appeared in 1702.

 

2.      What factors contributed to journalism's growing sense of professionalism in the 20th century?

Journalism in the 20th century was marked by a growing sense of professionalism. There were four important factors in this trend: (1) the increasing organization of working journalists, (2) specialized education for journalism, (3) a growing literature dealing with the history, problems, and techniques of mass communication, and (4) an increasing sense of social responsibility on the part of journalists.

The History of Ramadhan

The history of Ramadan fasting according to Imam al-Qurthubi, as quoted in the book "Mysteries of the Month of Ramadan" by Yusuf Burhanudin, states that Prophet Nuh AS was the first person to fast in Ramadan. Prophet Nuh did it after coming down from his ark after a storm hit the land of his people.

The first recorded implementation of fasting was carried out by the Prophet Adam as. Narrated in Tafsir Ibn Kathir that; "Prophet Adam, fasting for three days each month throughout the year".

The fasting order itself was issued by the Prophet Muhammad in the second year since Islam appeared, namely in 624 AD or the 2nd year of Hijri.

In this Year, Ramadhan means patience. The month of Ramadan is a month of patience. Not just patient with hunger and thirst, but more than that. Patience in question is patience in obeying Allah, patience in facing calamities from Allah, and patience in staying away from disobedience.

3.	For the month of Ramadan this time, do you think there has been an increase in the trash in this area compared to the previous month?	Well, yes, of course there is.
4.	How big the incrase for this Ramadhan?	Maybe for around 2 times. Well its not surpraising, Its Ramadhan. everyone sells takjil, everyone buys takjil too. Especially since last year there was Covid, so people also can't buy food as freely as now.
5.	From the location itself, where is the one with the most trash come, sir?	The most trash come, maybe from Pasar Elok, in several housing estates, like Bumi Indah Tahap 2, right now along the way there are already a lot of people selling takjil too, then it's the same as those near the traditional market, there must be a lot of garbage, In the morning and evening everyone sell something in those place.
6.	From the environmental services and cleanliness itself, is there a certain way to get this things done?	possibly additional personnel, for the garbage man, as well as the trash truck, as far as I know, added a few

The Increased of The Trash In PasarKemis

Tangerang - Garbage piles during the month of Ramadan 2023 at Pasarkemis are expected to increase by up to 2 times. Not surprisingly, this is because people are increasingly consumptive with the month of Ramadan, with the streetfood on every street. Currently the garbage man for the Tangerang district government is also preparing to deal with the waste pile which is estimated to increase by up to 2 times.

"More or less (the landfill) has almost doubled. Yes, you know, it's the fasting month, everyone sells takjil, everyone buys takjil too. Well, they only come in ramadhan." Said Slamet (43 years), a garbage man who has been in his profession for about 5 years.

According to Slamet, the increased pile of garbage was also caused by the end of the Covid-19 pandemic which had hit more or less the previous 2 Ramadans. Slamet believes that residents are becoming more consumptive because there are no more obstacles to such activities previous Ramadan.

Pasar Elok, several housing estates such as Bumi Indah tahap 2 and places adjacent to the traditional market, are suspected to be places that have experienced an increase in waste accumulation.

"Most of the time (garbage accumulation) is in this Pasar Elok, in several housing estates, like Bumi Indah tahap 2. Right now along the way there are lots of people selling takjil too. Then it's the same as those near the traditional market, there must be a lot of garbage. They're in the morning and in the evening there are the seller." Said Slamet.

However, with the drastic increase in the accumulation of waste, the Kabupaten Tangerang’s government has worked around this by adding workers and garbage trucks, so that cleanliness is maintained.

"Maybe (to get around the accumulation of garbage) the people will be added, yes, the workforce, as well as the truck carriers, as far as I know, will be added a few." Said Slamet.

At the end Garbage piles in Pasarkemis are expected to increase by up to 2 times during Ramadan 2023. This is due to people becoming more consumptive due to the end of the Covid-19 pandemic. The Kabupaten Tangerang government has worked around this by adding workers and garbage trucks to maintain cleanliness. Slamet, a garbage man, believes that residents are becoming more consumptive because there are no more obstacles to such activities.
